Description
This document outlines the protocols and regulations governing e-money and remittance transactions at MMI. All staff, merchants, and business partners must adhere to these guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain the company's reputation.

The handbook is divided into two sections:
Section A: Policies and criteria in line with regulations set by the Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).
Section B: Guidance on implementing procedures for compliance.

In accordance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) requirements, all staff members are obliged to read and familiarise themselves with this policy and must undertake a refresher course annually.
